It includes condominium expenses, waste tax, TV fee, fixed expenses for electricity, gas, water contracts.<\/p>

In addition, the price includes a monthly quota of consumption at a threshold according to the following table.

At the time of the order confirmation, a confirmation deposit must be paid, equivalent to at least one full monthly payment, otherwise equal to 20% of the total value of the agreed rent for the entire duration, with a maximum of 3 monthly payments.<\/p>

The rent payment must be paid by the 5th of each month, for the current month.
Payment is made by bank transfer. The IBAN to which the rent payments will be made will be communicated at the time of the request for the deposit.<\/p>
